Kodak Black has been released from jail

SUNRISE , Florida , USA ( – Kodak Black , Dieuson Octave was released from jail Monday, June 5th after serving a month of 364 days for a parole violation in Broward County jail. Dieuson Octave is still facing felony charges in South Carolina which is an alleged sexual assault.

Only to be extradited to Florence, S.C. Dieuson was release Nov. 28 where he was charged for a sexual battery an incident that occurred in a hotel room.Sentenced to 120 days last September in St. Lucie Count Jail in Florida after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of less then 20 grams of marijuana and possessions of drug paraphernalia. Officially out of jail Dec. 1 after posting bond $100,000 in South Carolina.

Prior to serving three months in St, Lucie County, Kodak had been locked up in Broward County , Florida, on charges that included robbery, false imprisonment and possession of a firearm. He accepted a plea deal where he plead no contest to the charges last August. Sentenced to one year of house arrest and five years probation, as soon as the court came to knowledge hes warrants in St. Lucie and South Carolina he was denied bond and transferred to St. Lucie County.
