King of Morocco Congratulates Haiti on 213th Year of Independence

RABAT, Morocco (sentinel.ht) – In a note dated on the 213th anniversary of the independence of Haiti, His Majesty, the King of Morocco, Mohammed VI, expressed his warm congratulations to the people o Haiti and his “wishes of progress and prosperity to the friendly Haitian people.”

The letter, which was addressed to President Jocelerme Privert, said His Magesty welcomed “the solid ties of friendship and mutual respect uniting the Moroccan and Haitian peoples”, we learn through Haiti Libre.

The King added, “the strong attachment of the Kingdom of Morocco to the consolidation Fruitful cooperation and active solidarity with the Republic of Haiti, with a view to raising them to a dynamic and mutually beneficial South-South partnership.”
