SAINT LUCIE, Florida, US (sentinel.ht) – Dieuson Octave, known as rapper Kodak Black, was transferred from the St. Lucie County Jail on Monday into the custody of South Carolina deputies. Black will have to answer the last of three charges before he is full released.
The 19-year old Kodak Black is facing a charge of criminal sexual conduct in Florence, South Carolina. He appeared in an extradition hearing on November 21, where a judge approved his transfer.
“It does say that he has been turned over to South Carolina via the Florence County Sheriff’s Office,” said St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Deputy Bryan Beaty on Monday, when asked to confirm Octave’s status at the jail.
Kodak Black spent a few months in a Broward county jail much of 2015 and 2016 before having charges dropped for a potentially lengthy sentence. He would have been released on house arrest that day before authorities found two other outstanding warrants.
He answered the second criminal pursuit in Saint Lucie, Florida but now must address his third and last in Florence, South Carolina.
