CAP-HAITIEN, Nord, HT (sentinel.ht) – At the Mont-Joli Hotel Saturday former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide gave a briefing regarding the state of his health, following the fainting episode seen Friday night at a campaign rally.
“…I thank all those who thought of me, a thank you special to the medical staff who took care of me last night at Justinian Hospital in Cap Haitien. I was glad also, that among the doctors there was the future president of Haiti Dr. Maryse Narcisse.”
“It was mainly for severe dehydration. I have not been drinking enough water and like yesterday contentment walk with Fanmi Lavalas, under a blazing sun, over all the time we took before arriving in Cap Haitien…”
“So last night I had a serum, until this morning around 8:00 am, and then I left the hospital.”
“Two small word on the health of our country, what I saw during this election campaign reminds me of what was experienced during the election of December 16, 1990. Lavalas came down in 1990 and there was a bomb that killed people…”
“In the elections of 2016 that I saw it coming down Lavalas for a general mobilization in this mobilization there are two in particular that I see bombs, a bomb loaded with dirty money and other professionals responsible for lies.”
