NASSAU, Bahamas (sentinel.ht) – The Bahamian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a travel warning on Friday against travel to the United States, cautioning its citizens who may come in contact with police, to use “extreme caution”.

The note comes after videos surfaced in the past week of the unnecessary killing of two black males by police. The Bahamian government takes into account the protests taking place nationwide where tensions are high, presumably in the aftermath of the Dallas protests.

“In particular young males are asked to exercise extreme caution in affected cities in their interactions with the police. Do not be confrontational and cooperate,” said a press release by the ministry.
